About the event

An evening of vocal harmony at its finest, at one of the most stunning venues in the region.

Set amongst eight acres of ancient oak woodland in the beautiful Loveny Valley, Carnglaze Caverns are a spectacular performance space. The upper cavern will be hosting UK top-ten women’s a cappella choruses, GraceNotes and Bristol Fashion, who will be joined by Celtic Male Ensemble for an evening of harmonic excellence.

Showcasing some of the very best vocal talent in the South West, with a set list ranging from pop, rock, big band swing and show tunes to contemporary barbershop and folk, there’s sure to be something for everyone. To book tickets, please click here.

GraceNotes

Established in 1990, Saltash-based GraceNotes has been performing and competing across the West Country and beyond for over 30 years. A chorus of just over 40, with singers from across Cornwall and South Devon, GraceNotes will be performing under the direction of award-winning Musical Director, Heidi Walsh. 

Bristol Fashion

40-strong Bristol Fashion have been making music since 1977. Regular performers in and around their hometown of Bristol, this experienced and popular chorus will be performing in Cornwall for one night only, under the direction of nationally recognised singing judge, vocal coach and arranger, Musical Director, Craig Kehoe.

Celtic Male Ensemble

Celtic Male Ensemble was formed in 2014 by Musical Director Alastair Taylor, to perform the winning entry in the Cornwall International Male Choral Festival Composer’s Competition. Since then the ensemble has continued to perform together, including at some of the most prestigious venues in the region, such as Minack Theatre and Truro Cathedral.  They have also worked with internationally renowned tenor, John Trelevan. Celtic Male Ensemble has continued to compete and has won numerous awards over the past nine years, including the top prize at the International Male Choral Festival in 2022.
